This apartment is on the ground floor with an entrance from the main hall. The hallway has large double glass doors leading to a large elegant lounge with dining area set in a circular bay window overlooking woodland. There is a separate well equipped fitted kitchen, with a door leading to a small terrace and veranda.

There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and bay window overlooking woodland, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has three single beds, and an en-suite bathroom.
